ECLCM Questionnaire

We are seeking the opinions of Young People about the need for a successful Staying Close placement. The information you give will be used to provide feedback to the Every Child Leaving Care committee ( about what you think of the Caring Teams proposal. The information you give will also be used to help The Every Child Leaving Care Matters campaign represent your views and will help shape future legislation and policies for all Young People who have been cared for by the State. The information you give will be anonymous and will only be used for the purposes of this research.

You can download a hard copy MS Word version of the questionnaire HERE and tick the appropriate boxes and feel free to write comments in the boxes. If there is anything in the leaflet you do not understand, please ask your IRO to explain or use the contact us page. You do not have to take part and you can withdraw from filling out the questionnaire whenever you like.
